Welcome to Creative Clicks. This website is owned and operated by a Cyprus-based business offering digital design products, including Squarespace templates and downloadable creative tools, alongside occasional bespoke services in branding, copywriting, and SEO. By using this website or purchasing any digital products or services from Creative Clicks, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site.

1. Scope of Services

Creative Clicks sells downloadable Squarespace templates, creative resources, and other digital tools intended for entrepreneurs, designers, and small business owners looking to elevate their online presence. In addition to digital products, limited one-off creative services such as web design, branding, and copywriting may be offered on a case-by-case basis. All digital products are sold “as-is” and are delivered electronically upon successful payment.

2. Licensing & Usage

Each Squarespace template is sold with a single-use license. This license permits the purchaser to use the template for one website only—whether personal or for a single client project. Templates may not be copied, modified for resale, distributed to others, or claimed as your own design work. Any attempt to resell or reuse Creative Clicks templates across multiple projects without prior agreement constitutes a breach of this license. If you’re interested in an extended license or wish to use a template for more than one client, please get in touch to arrange a custom license.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information directly—those details are handled by the payment processors in compliance with strict data protection standards. Due to the instant and digital nature of the products sold, all purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once a product has been delivered or downloaded, regardless of whether it has been used. If you encounter a technical issue accessing a product, contact us directly and we’ll do everything we can to help.

4. Custom Services & Agreements

If you engage Creative Clicks for custom services—such as branding, website design, SEO consultation, or copywriting—you will receive a written agreement via email outlining the scope, timeline, and payment terms for that specific project. These agreements are binding once accepted and paid for, and override any general terms outlined here in areas where they differ.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including website content, template designs, copywriting, graphics, guides, and downloads, belongs exclusively to Creative Clicks unless otherwise stated. No part of this website or its digital products may be copied, rebranded, or republished without prior written permission. We take creative ownership seriously—and expect our customers to do the same.

6. Affiliate Links

On occasion, this site may include links to third-party tools or platforms that Creative Clicks has personally vetted or found valuable. Some of these links may be affiliate links, which means that if you make a purchase through them, we may receive a small commission—at no additional cost to you. You are under no obligation to use these links.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Clicks does not make any guarantees regarding the outcome of using its templates or services. While every effort is made to ensure the products are high quality and easy to use, we are not responsible for any technical issues you experience on your Squarespace site, nor for your results in terms of website traffic, conversion, revenue, or growth. Use of our templates and services is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
